POST is too quick

Some times you might want to enter the virtual machine's BIOS settings or the boot media menu and POST is to quick, making it hard to hit the right key while POST is showing up. This can be fixed by setting a parameter in the VMs config file. This needs to be done while the VM is powered off.

bios.bootDelay = "8000"

The above setting will add an 8 seconds delay to POST.
